The HydroXtreme 5, formerly known as the X20 Xtreme, is designed for individuals with an erect penis size of up to 5 inches.

This hydropump follows the standard Bathmate operation. Fill the device with warm water and seal it against the body. The included handball allows for manual pressure adjustment to increase the intensity of the vacuum. The recommended usage protocol involves three 5-minute sessions, with consistent use required for results.

Due to the high level of pressure generated, the HydroXtreme 5 is intended for experienced users. Those starting a penis enlargement routine should consider the Hydromax 5 model for a lower intensity alternative.

The HydroXtreme range incorporates a handball system that enables users to precisely control internal pressure to maximize performance. While there is no strict minimum length, users measuring below 3 inches may experience limited results. In such cases, traditional manual exercises are recommended as a preliminary step.

The HydroXtreme 5 includes the following components:

• Carry case
• Measuring gauge
• Cleaning sponge
• Handball
• Comfort insert pad
• Hose attachment
• Bathmate Clean
• Security lock
• Shower strap
• Wash towel
